Hi.
I have an old copy of Windows NT 3.1 that i recently bought at an estate sale. I have the workstation version. Is there any way to create hard drive setup part of these disks. I downloaded the bootdisk but it only allows me to install without configuring the hard drive.
I know that on NT 3.5x i can go to the i386 directory and type WINNT /ox and it will create the disks but it does not work with NT 3.1.
thank you

When I was messing with NT4 I performed a nifty switch to allow me to skip the boot floppy creation. Type Winnt /? into the prompt and look for "diskless install" if I recall correctly. Been a while since I've done any of that stuff though so I'm not totally sure. When you get it up and running I'd love to hear how it works out for you, I've never used anything previous to NT4 :)
