I am geting a old 386 that has Windows 3.1 on it. My current network has machines running Win 9x / Win Me / Win NT / Win 2000 all installed and file sharing, printer sharing and internet sharing. I also have modems on the network so for some laptops that are running 9x Machines they access the network via telephone modem connection. How can I setup the 3.1 to access the network? What about TCP/IP? Also, can I insert a Network Card to work in 3.1? I have no idea, how I can setup a 3.1 on this network...

Nice work with what you've accomlished so far!

Yes. You can network Windows 3.1, but it wasn't designed to run as a network operating system without third party applications. One scenario is to install a Novell Netware ethernet on your Windows 3.1 machine.
