Nothing appears in Network Neighbourhood

Hi, I've just installed a nt server as a PDC but when I browser the network neighbourhood, no workgroups appear on the network. Nor do any of the Novell Servers we have running. However, I can see the server via the network on a NT workstation, but even when I try making the workstation part of the domain I get the message saying that the domain controller cannot be found.

check-- Subnet mask, check to see if you installed the novell client installed, you said PDC, are your machines able to login? This sounds stupid make sure you spelled the domain corectly.Basicly check names and you network properties IP,Subnet, defaulf gateway so on and so on
