Hi All,

My Windows NT 4.0 Server is giving the following error while I try to start the Server Service - "Not enough server storage is available to process the command"

I have 64 MB RAM and I gave 500 MB vertual Memory. The machine is Pentium 500.

Any idea to solve the problem ?

You probably get this error because your have installed Service pack without having installed Network card before.

Find recent SRV.sys file (eg available in SP5) and copy it into
\system32\drivers.

Restart de computer.

Thanks for the responce.

1. I have installed service pack 6.0.
2. My computer does not have network card.
3. I have enough diskspace available because there is nothing except Windows Nt in 2 GB Partition and I have given 500 MG virtual memory.

Still problem persists.

Please Help

I've got the same problem
the machine is a P3-800, 512 MB ram
c: is 2Gb d: 15 Gb
as per "net accounts" it is on a network which has a PDC and BDC. the
machine is able to log into the network,
but no other machine "sees" this machine
this may have multiple problems
no other app is running hogging resources

the error is 1130 which is the same as the
rest of this thread.

suggestions
