Hi,
I have NT 4.0 and I' ve no sound when I play a MP3 file and any others sound's files. I don't have message error , I see on RealJukebox the name of the song , the evolution of time and I hear a noice . I think that this problem occurred after Napster's installation .I have uninstalled it but the problem is persisting . When I run notify.dat ,resume.dat or shared.dat (Napster's files) I have in Media Player window this error message : A problem occurred in initializing MCI . I'm waiting for your advices to solve this problem .
