I have a 4.0 workstation that I got from one of our divisions that we no longer have and consequently, the NT domain they used. When I try to logon it tells me the the domain is not available. It is not connected to any network but still will not let me logon locally. How can I access this workstation? In the drop down box for the domains the 'local' domain does not exist. I have the correct Administrator password as NT checks it and verifies it but it returns intself to the Ctrl-Alt-Del login screen. PLEASE HELP.

They may have diable the ability to log on locally (except for an administrator). You need a password hack, if there is an Administrator acccount on it.
