Running NT?
If you are changing the speed or duplex option on a NIC, you will need to reboot the PC after making the change. Also make sure that the switch port that PC is using is set the the same setting.
Ex. 100mb Full-Duplex should be set on switch port & NIC.

what I mean is, the nic is set to AUTO, when you unplug from a 10mb hub and plug into a 100mb hub, will the card detect it and up-shift to 100mb? I could just try it, but I'm too lazy to go down to the computer room and do it.
