Network startup disk to access share

I am looking for some instruction on building a startup disk to access a NT 4.0 domain share. I have tried working with the client utils avail with the server disk but I am still having no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Create a Network Installation Startup Disk. Do this by going to Start...Programs...Administrative Tools...Network Client Administrator. Select the NISD and follow the prompts.
You will need to get the DOS drivers for your NICs and edit the autoexec.bat and config.sys files accordingly, but this should fix your problem.
