Comment:

My comany has 10 machine connected in a LAN, all running windows NT. The problem is that they will only print when logged on as administrator - I have set the permissions on the machine connected to the printer to allow everyone to print, but nothing seems to work. How can I share the printer when logged on as another user?

Could you tell us whether your setup is that of a workgroup or the machines belong to an NT domain? If you want to be able to share a printer.. from memory the user needs to belong to print operators or power users (im pretty sure the former if it exists).
