Network Neighborhood doesn't see all com

The problem I am having is that Network Neighborhood doesn't pick up all the computers in my network. We have approx 300-400 users. We are running an NT 4.0 network. Almost all servers and all clients are NT 4.0 sp6. I have Norton Anti Virus 7.5 and am rolling out the new version through the Norton Console, but the Norton Console can only deploy to computers that actually show up in Network Neighborhood. None of the computers, the ones that do not show up in network neighborhood, have any problems with network access. The only real problem with the environment is that not all the machines show up. If any one has seen this before and knows the solution, I would appreciate any help I can get.

If you are utilising WINS then check that the replication is set correctly. Look in the WINS database of the primary WINS server your machine is pointing to and see if all the machines are listed there.
It could also be a timeout problem from the master browser. I know you can change this in the registry but I can't remember how. I'm sure it will be on the technet site.

The problem has been fixed. Upon closer inspection of WINS database we found that one of the ip's it had listed was incorrect. Once, we corrected the mistake all the machines started showing up again.
