I'm using net use command to login to shared network drives at work. In order to login to the drive, it requires a different username that on my workstation, however there is no password used. So, this is the current script:

net use G: \\Fvs-dc\shared /user:fvs

With this, when the script runs, it prompts me in the DOS window for the password, and if I just hit the enter key, it continues without issue.

I obviously would like to have it just login without the password prompt. I have tried multiple examples using the 'password' command to no avail, e.g.

net use G: \\Fvs-dc\shared password /user:fvs

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Dear Brian.

The sintax that you're using that's right, of curse, your sintax was helpme to execute from a program in VC++ these connection way.

I think that your shared resourse not use pass, "If I press the enter key ... it continues without issue". When you try to use a passord in this, then crash .. so first ensure to put one pass to your shared resource in order that use pass and use the next sintax:

net use G: \\Fvs-dc\share pass /user:fvs /Y

Good Lock Ramiro, from Mexico, sorry the english.
