Net Send very slow

Hi. I have the next problem. I have a network with PCs running NT 4.0 SP5. But one workstation have a problem when send messages via net send command. When it send the messages is fast but when receive a messages is very slow. I have TCP/IP and NETBEUI protocols running in all PCs.

How many workstations? Do you have a Wins server setup for Netbios resolution? What is your purpose of using Netbeui and Tcp/ip? Is there a router in the path between the workstations?
Need to know these answers before anyone can give you a good response.
