Need help creating Dos Network boot disks for IBM 760 EL Laptop

I'm having difficulty creating a network boot disk for an IBM 760 EL. No problem creating these disks for Dell Desktops. Log into an NT server running NWlink(TCP/IP=more hassle for the disks), PCMCIA IBM Ethernet II card. I'm using MSDos Client setup. I keep getting an error that the Network driver isn't supported. I've tried using the drivers from IBM's website and still no luck. If anyone has already created one and can instruct or just email me the files. Thanks in advance
