Need BAT files for unix commands

Comment:
I have recently started using Windows NT after many years working with unix/Solaris. Recently a friend of mine gave me some BAT files that simulate unix commands like
ls, cp, rm
for command line execution in NT. But I could use more, especially for commands like
clear, cat, mv, and others
Does anyone out there maintain a list of these BAT files for NT? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
