Working in NT we Ran into similiar problems when we installed office97 over office95 and didn't tell the install to remove all of office95. The problem is sometimes the system seems to forget the location of files or gets confused. If the system is NT you can try the following (registering the dll file with the OS with the following command) RUN C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32 C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\MOS97.DLL (USE APPROPRIATE LOCATION C:\WINNT MAY NOT BE YOUR SYSTEM LOCATION)if this doesn't work or your OS is 95/98 then uninstall office97 and get rid of all remnants of office95 (uninstall or re-install and re-install office97 telling it to remove all of office95. If You never had office95 then reinstall office97. HOPE THIS HELPS.
