I started working at a library and when I stated
msn messnger was working. but now for a cuple of months its not working. we have our own server so I don't think any one else from anther town in Nunavut would be able to disable it. what could be some of the problems and how can I fix it?
if anyone knows can you tell me I have alot of people that come here and want to use it.

ps. not even yahoo messenger is working here but they both work in other towns in Nunavut

Hello to our brothers up north!
What version of msn messenger is it?Recently (in the last couple months) MS required everyone with , i think it was 5 or lower (or anything less than version 5) to get a patch or upgrade , and the old versions wouldn't work anymore..if you got a browser to get a newer version you should be OK...
dont know about yahoo tho....
With the cold weather coming i bet the library's gonna get busy so i hope this fixes your prob...at least with messenger
