Windows 2000 doesn't come with the msconfig utility. You can however use the Windows 98 version. Copy the msconfig.exe file from the c:\windows\system folder on your 98 PC and copy it to the c:\winnt\system32 folder on your Windows 2000 PC. Then type msconfig from a run command.
