OS WinNT 4.0
First time working with this OS. Logged on as self, removed Off 95, tried to load Off 97. Got above error message. Find info that I need to log on as Admin. Same results. Conclude that error probably isn't related to who's logged on. Best resolution??? Read about needing Comcat.dll ver 4.71 for some other apps. Is this true for Off 97 on WinNT system?
