I was saving an email attatchement, and when I was done he had everything minimized, and then the dr. watson error came up.
The Dr. Watson Error Locked up my machine, and it had to be shut down, and restarted. It seemed to go away.
this was the error:
Dr watson error
application error
exception access violation
(0xc0000005), address:0X90C3C95F
Can you please tell me what this means.
Thank you
Megan

Click Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Event Log. In the event log there will be additional information regarding this error. It will tell you what application caused the error. You may then check out Microsofts Website (specifically the Knowledge Base) for that error. It may give you the fix for it.
