I have a Win 2k PC with a lot of software loaded, and I have an NT PC with a lot of software loaded. I want to put everything on the Win 2K machine. Is there any way I can merge the two?

No, simply copying the program folders will probably not do it, today's modren software makes changes to the registry, and the only way to get it to work right is to install it from scratch.
Yeah, even MS does not have a suggested upgrade method from NT to W2K. (Although they say you CAN upgrade from W98 to W2k, go figure.) You would be better off backing up the saved data, installing W2K fresh, loading the needed programs and then restoring the data. It is not as hard as it might seem.
