I'm stall the Windows NT but before copy the file system it ask me to retry after it the file system was unable to be copy then I abouve my Installation What can I do to complet my installation?

You could have either a bad cd or a dirty/bad cd-rom. Try copying the cd (using explorer) to the hard drive and install from there. Also before you start make sure the hard drive is good.
