When the user tried to change the display settings, the error: "Attention signal frequency is out of range. FHD 939 khz please change signal timing" pops up in a red box, and we can't get to the logon screen. Have the video drivers been corrupted? Does anyone have any suggestions?

That message indicated the video card can do it but the monitor can't.

Choose the 2nd choice down in the boot menu which is vga mode or commonly referred to as safe mode. Only the generic video driver/setting will be used and you can change it back to a working resolution.
