I looked for references to the words you posted without luck. What is the item, a Monitor, or a video card? Who makes it, what is the serial number, what O.S. is it for, details please...

I hope you understand German as the monitor is from Germany. I searched for miro c2071 with www.google.com and came up with a couple of reference, all in German. Try there as there is a bit of info on modes/scan rates etc etc. You could just try setting up as a standard SVGA monitor and see if that works.
