Missing Ntdll.dll....

I received the following message after installing a program and now Norton Antivirus and other programs don't work.
"complg32.dll is linked to missing export ntdll.dll:RtlUnicodetomultibytesize"

Someone probably made a mistake in the
program you installed that downleveled
the ntdll.dll on you system. Dll's are
typically backward compatible but not forward
compatible. The program most likely made you
reboot when you installed... because ntdll.dll was most likely in use...
