missing DLL file

I just installed a dsl line. To do this I had to upgrade my nt 4.0 sp5 to sp 6a. Also install internet explorer 5.5. Since the dsl line & upgrades i'm missing CRPE32Dll file. I cannot open 2 of my programs which are sophisticated manufacturing softwate, which is the most important software i have. I need to get these files back on my computer. I went to system folder & this dll is not there. Please help! T-
