Migrating Novell 4x to nt

I wish to migrate two of our novell servers to a Windows 2000 server that is not running Active Directory. I looked at the migrate tools given with the NT 4.0 server and it seems that it only work with NT 4 domain controllers. Is there anyway to do this? I wanted to move the data to a windows 2000 server and later on. Migrate from NT 4 to windows 2000.
