I experience big problems with any software that uses Microsoft Installer to install, e.g. MS Technet, New Symantec software etc. I recive the following error-message: "Error 1606. Could not access network location" There is no need for any network communication to take place during installation. I use WinNT 4.0 WS + SP5 I have even installed "instmsi.exe", but with no luck.
