My NT4 PDC with SP6a keeps having memory dumps and then will just reboot it's self. What the problem. It seems to happen when ever a Mac user try's to put stuff out on the network on the share drive. What is causing this??

How long ago did you apply Service Pack 6a?

Are you familiar with Section 2.2 of the readme file: "Before you apply the service pack?"

I'd recommend rereading that section carefully and reapply SP6a. Very important that you comply with the instructions about disabling all non-essential services before removing or reapplying the SP.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Check / replace:

1. Network card

2. Server hardware - mainboard, memory, etc
