meaning of the output of netstat command

Is there any TCP/IP expert can tell me the meaning of the output of the netstat command or where can I find more infomration about this command in addition to the Windows help.

Sample output:

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP sppc020:137 SPPC020:0 LISTENING
TCP sppc020:138 SPPC020:0 LISTENING
TCP sppc020:nbsession SPPC020:0 LISTENING
UDP sppc020:nbname *:*
UDP sppc020:nbdatagram *:*


My qustions are:
What is the service for port 0, 137 and 138 respectively?

137,138,139, udp traffic, winns, netbios ect.
0, connectivity port.
