Comment:

NOS: WinNT 4.0; We just replaced HP Surestore T20 w/ Creative 24x10x40 CD-RW (also removed temporarily); attacked by the Klez virus/worm; some of our outgoing e-mails just remain in Mdaemon Server's RemoteQ so we tried to troubleshoot but failed; deleted old Temp files since C: drive was also full; now Zone Alarm, MDaemon, IE and other services (WINS, DHCP Server) "hung on starting" and hpt4qic driver failed to load. We can dial up & connect but we can't get MDaemon and IE started. Please HELP! Thanks!

Event ID 7022 (WINS, True Vector, Qbik WinGate, WWW Publishing, FTP Publishing, MS DHCP hung on starting) & 7026 (hpt4qic failed to load); 25% free space but MDaemon is on another drive with about 50% free space. Should I reinstall Services like DHCP, WINS, NetBIOS... MDaemon? Appreciate your input.

You can search on those event IDs at the MS support site and sometimes it helps.
