No. These are burned into the ROMs. Each address is used only once so it can not be changed. They are registered to the manufacturer and issued in blocks by the FEDS.

I think it could be managed by Software. Becuase I can change the MAC address in Netware Client, But I don't know how to change it on WIndows NT. If you know about that, please give me a email. Thanks.

just to jump in.... the whole basis of the MAC address being embedded into hardware is that it is set in stone and individually assigned to the venders to use. It can't be changed.
