Does anyone know have or know where to find the second version of the Windows NT 3.51 NewShell? I have looked everywhere I can think of, but have only found the first version that has several bugs. I did find one link to get version 2, but it links to a folder on the Microsoft FTP server which has been removed. Any suggestions on where to find this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

type pla-netx on google you will get into a gui site and i believe this place has a site to download that shell but it does have a few bugs in it

Thanks for the suggestion, but that is the first version, which I already tried. (Tons of bugs, version to is supposed to fix some of those, like the MS Office bugs.) Any other ideas?
