Looking for FORFILES run on WINNT

Could which one please share the "forfiles" files that will can run on the WinNT4.0 as the current one on my hands which only can run on the WinXP system, thanks!

The current one with 55808 bytes which was downloaded thro. the google that only can be run on the XP, but can not be run on the NT so pls advise. thanks!

And also google using:
forfiles run on winnt
as the string, and you'll get a range of useful(?) info about the util/option (part of the resource kit)?

google for "nt4 forfiles" finds it reasonably quickly.
