when i went to alter the regional settings on a NT4 workstation, it hung. since then when i logon as the local administrator i get an error message saying "winlog.exe application error, the exception single step, 0x80000004 occurred in the aplication at location 0x5ff12a81", the pc offers a shutdown or debug, going debug just gives a blue stop screen, Anyone got any ideas ?
