I'd like to give some of my users personal folders on the server but I want to limit the size of the folder to 20MG. How would I do this?

Cannot do this with NT 4.0. There are 3rd party softwares that can do it, although I do not any off the top my head.
Can be down with Win2000 though.
Hope this helps...

You can limit user profiles in NT. There is a util that comes with Service pack 5 and above.
You have to implement system polices and you will see the option there (last one i think)

Limiting folder sizes cannot be done in NT. However, there is a 3rd party utility called Storage Central which does the trick.
It integrates well with NT and in addition to its own management console, it has a 'Make Quota' selection among the options you get when you right-click the folder in Windows Explorer.
