lan card not recognized

Have dual boot system OS with realtek isa pnp lan card. works in win98. Boot into winnt no go. Lan card jumpers set Pnp/irq5/io300. Bios set pnp OS/auto config enable. Does someone have a clue? Sure could use some help.

NT4 does not support P'n'P, you have to use the detect card feature in Network Neighbourhood Properties, if card not detected then download the NT4 drivers from www.realtek.com.tw and offer those...............
