Is keyboard new or used?...Possible that keyboard is bad? Does Bios recognize the keyboard at startup? Give us some help on helping you.

Does the action work though (caps, etc)?? If so, it's simply a bad led on the keyboard... Is this a fancy keyboard that might need a driver to be installed? NT does not work well with plug and play devices too you know...
