Java Service failed to start

CPU/Ram: Pent iv /256mb of ram
Comment:

Service Control Manager event id: 7000
The Java service failed to start due to the following error: the system cannot find the path specified. (This happen after the Trojan.IrcBounce virus was removed.) Please help.
