Yes!!

But the client won't configure your network card to see the network.

Once you have got you machine on the network in DOS, you can then use the Terminal server client provide under the terminal server tools.

i WANT TO MAKE A DOS INSTALLATION DISK TO CONNECT TO nt SERVER USING dLINK pci CARD i HAVE THE Dos DRIVER FOR THIS CARD

DOS clients are not supported with Windows NT Terminal Server. In fact, nothing below Win95 is supported. To use 16-bit clients like Win 3.11 and DOS you need to look into Citrix MetaFrame. It adds support for 16-bit clients as well as browser based clients.
