is there any way of accessing a server with no ip address that is part of a network that is connected to a proxy server.

Not really possible I'm afraid. Even if you use either netbios or dns names you still require an IP address for the PCs to know where to find the individual server

Yes you can access a server not running ip. You just need to know what protocol the server is running if not ip. Then you can make a physical connection. Next would be getting authenicated to the server which means you have to have a valid account and password.

If this server is running proxy I would have to imagine it has a ip address. What is it you are trying to do???
