When going onto a secure site, I get this whole garbage that this site cant be displayed. Ive updated IE to 5.5 and change settings to default but still no luck. Only this particular sys have this problem. Any Ideas Out There?

Did you download the 128 bit encryption patch? If not try it, you might need higher security to get on the site. Especially if it's a bank's website or your trying to get any secure information.

NT 4.0 come with IE4.0 you need to upgrade ie4.0 sp1 and have sp3 or up. if still does not work remove all ie and restall IE5.5 ( come with 128bit security) check the security setup in IE.

Has anyone figured this out? I also have this same problem and have updated to IE5.5 (it has 128 encryption) checked security settings, etc. etc. and cannot determine what the problem is. Open to futher suggestions!

Ug! I have the same problem but only with my COMPAQ Win NT 333 Mhz PCs. I have tried everything! I'm also using ie 5.5 with 128 bit encryption
