Install them from the NT server CD (no licensing agreement rules apply) I think there is a GUI setup process off cd or explore the cd directories. 95/98 machines will recieve User Manager for Domains, Event Viewer, and Server Manager. NT Workstation gets the same plus DHCP,WINS, RAS, and Remoteboot managers, system policy editor, and Services for MAC editor. Also this enhances Windows Explorer on the 9.x machines.

Insert the Windows NT server cd rom.
Select Start settings Control panel
Double Click and Remove Programs.
Select Windows Setup Tab.
Click have disk.
Type your CD-ROM drive letter followed by:\
clints\srvtools\win95 and press enter.
Check Windows NT Server Tools.
Click Install. and then OK.
Double Click my computer.
Double click your C Drive.
Right click the Autoexec.bat file and select
edit.If you do not have Autoexec.bat file
right click and make a new Text document and
name it Auto exec.bat.
Find the path statement in the Autoexec.bat
file. The path statement starts with the command Path=. Type; c:\srvtools at the end
of the path statement. If your autoexec.bat
does not contain a path statement, add a line
containing Path=c:\srvtools.

Close all windows and restart your computer.
Start, Programs, Windows NT server tools
Event Viewer, etc

Glad to be of help.
