install winnt server 4.0 on server

I want to install winnt 4.0 on compaq proliant 3000 server having 3 x 4 GB SCSI hard disks with raid 5 controller card. How to install NT 4.0 on it. I want to install NT4.0 on this compaq server which is having raid controller card in it with 3 X 4 GB SCSI hard disks. How to go about installation.
