install NT with scsi adaptec controler

After executing the sequence with the 3 disks, and after nt setup ask me for the drivers of my scsi controler, nt start reboot, and tell me there is no operating system!
What can i do???

If it is the Adaptec 19160 there is a new driver at the Adaptec support page. The distributed floppies do not work with NT4.
