I have been trying to install a PCMCIA network card on a laptop running windows NT 4.0. The card is a 3Com Megahertz 10/100 LAN PC CARD with XJACK connector. I have looked for a "Add new hardware" tab in CP but there isn't one. Can anyone tell me how to add new hardware in Windows NT 4.0? Thanks in advance. Erik

Firstly is this card 32bit card bus or 16bit PCMCIA? Your Laptop may not support card Bus as you are unsure what Laptop you own.
Secondly NT4 is not Plug'n'Pray, you need to read the help file on the START MENU understand the procedure, plus you need the correct drivers, which are available from www.3com.com.
