Comment:
I have just installed IIS4 on my server and i'm now getting this error inetinfo.exe Dr Watsons error that says access violation. Opening up Internet service manager I noticed none of the services started. i.e SMTP, NNTP,etc. When I try to start the services manually, I get the Dr Watson's error. access violation.

You can edit the registry to increase the size of the inetinfo. This you can do by going thru start->run->regedit->H_key_local_machine->current control set->services->inetinfo.in that increase the size to 5mb.
