Hi everyone.
I've got IE5 installed on NT 4.0 SP6 (SP6 is 128-bit). Attempted to install the MSIE128.exe 128-bit encryption patch. It decreased my encryption level from 48-bit to 0-bit. Tried reinstalling the patch, tried reinstalling IE5 and the patch, and tried reinstalling NT, SP6, IE5, 128 bit. Nothing works, still at 0-bit.

First, ALWAYS log on with admin privileges during the installation processes. Re-install IE5, it will ask to reboot, re-log with admin... Install 128bits patch and it should work. Don't forget to log on with admin privileges again after rebooting after installing 128bits patch. If you forget to log on with admin privileges just one time, you'll get to 0 bit again.
