IBM 380Z laptop with a 20GB drive

Hi there, I have an IBM 380Z laptop with a 20GB Fujitsu harddrive. My problem is that the BIOS is limiting the drive size to approximately 8GB. Is there a way around this? I've tried upgrading to the latest ibm bios version.

What are you truing to do with that hard drive.. what operating system are you trying to install?
