What I really need is to restrict acces to the Administrative tools, so users with admin rights can not change or do nothing to the settings on users account or else on a Win NT 4 workstation.

can I do policy editing like is done on the server? and how can I enable right click so i'll be able to delet icon on the progam manager just like in win98?

Wouldnt it be easier to take them out of the admin group and place them in a group that has the rights you want them to have
