I need a windows 95 boot disk desperately - I need to get the command.com off it, and I also need to be able to boot the darn computer to a dos prompt (not this one, obviously ;)

Use your second PC to format a floppy disk.

From Windows use the Copy System Files only option.

From dos type format a: /s

You can then boot your other PC to the command prompt using the floppy
